The bot got detected for a small amount of the actual userbase. While people reporting a banwave I'm still good with the new version I got on 3rd October and I am not the only one who didn't get a ban.
They could be some delay bans or some people were using an older version of the bot. There are so many reasons why people could get a ban but I can tell you that I am still playing with it and everything is fine.

Just use it on a smurf where it doesn't matter if you get a ban or not. And btw their site is not down and the support is still fine. I still get fast responses from their E-Mail Support.

I used this bot for a couple months until the detections happened. Luckily I evaded bans.
Configuration is done entirely via a text based config file, which can take some work to tweak for your resolution and play style.
Support can be hit or miss depending on developer or assistant support availability, usually through email first, then escalating to Discord if advanced troubleshooting is required. Response times varied from 4 hours to 24+ hours.
Bot did a good job with aiming using the "No HP Bar" where it attempts to get a hit by tracking the nameplate, then switches to HP Bar aiming which was pretty solid. Accuracy with Soldier, Tracer, McCree would range between 46-64%. Be careful with this as it can be easy to get Play of the Game and your exceptional tracking will be viewed by all. Use of in moderation is suggested.
Bot was able to function effectively as an aim assist with lower speed settings providing you have high frame rates of 200+.
You are able to configure the bot to run at any resolution. I successfully tested configurations in 1080 and 1440.
The bot does not function well with targets up close, so use with Reaper is less effective.
The trigger bot for Widow and McCree was not very satisfying, and struggled with connecting hits, and functioned only moderately well once the HP Bar was popped through an initial damaging hit.
Aim key is assignable as well as an assignable pause key for use with ults.
Supports multiple profiles which can be changed with a single keystroke in game.

It is not safe to use. Stop buying until the old members say it's safe. I've used every version, and none of them work since august 17 (first detection) it's been weekly, max 10 days. I haven't been called out at all on any accounts and i wake up or get disconnected and see This account has been banned. I've used sharpeye for months and its sad to say but it's gone. Support is barely replying to me now, from talking every day even about normal things besides the cheat. Stop wasting your money if you're looking for a undetected cheat. Message me for my discord if you want to see evidence/ be added to the unofficial sharpeye discord (both supports are in there as well.)

Update:

I've been using Sharp Eye the last two weeks with no subsequent ban. I've been using the last version that received a ban, so either they only ban in waves or I was reported too often for being too obvious.

Still risky atm, would wait for an official update from them. Best to just use on an alt if you want
