4MMO was/is the worst customer service I have ever delt with.

-My history with 4MMO-
I am a US military member. As such I don't have time to avidly level in the hardcore fashion others may. I was given 100g as a christmas present from my roommate two years ago. Since then I have bought gold from ige.com, mogs.com, 4mmo.com and mmoservices.com along with a few private farmers. On December 19th last year I bought 5000g as a christmas present for my brother. I contacted customer support and was told that the website was up to date with the ammount of inventory that it said was available (6292g att). I made a paypal payment verified by phone (which was not cheap since I had to make an international call to do it seeing as I live in italy and they wouldnt call me).

I got back online with the customer support agent, and was told it would take 24hrs to finish payment and order verification. "Okay no big deal I can understand that."

The following day I got online with a customer support agent and the website said that there was still 6292g available. The customer support agent then told me that there wasn't enough gold to fill my order and that I would have to wait another 24/48 hours. "Hmm." Well thats fine I still have time to finish the deal and get my brother his mount for christmas. No worries. Throughout the following week and a half I was told every day by the customer support agents that they didn't have any gold on my server available, and that they could not issue me a refund. "I cannot have permission to issue you refund. But just be patient we probably have you gold tomorrow. it really fast some day, some day it slow". I literally heard this every day for two weeks. One went as far as to say that, they had talked to me before and they thought that I was just trying to scare them so they never really thought I was serious about wanting a refund. "Who the **** asks for a refund gets told they will process it but doesnt really !@#$ing want the refund. I said "Give me my money back" that !@#$ing means give me my money moron." Yeah I lost it that day. I was livid at myself for thinking buying gold was going to work as a christmas present. it was no ones fault but my own

Not only did I not get my brother a christmas gift on time this year, I couldn't not get my money back to buy him something different either.

it took the full 20 days for paypal to get a refund. Not once did 4mmo.com read or respond to the compliant on paypal.com, which leads me to believe that this was a normal occurance for them.


IMO 4MMO is the worst possible choice for power leveling/ gold buying / honor farming a person could make.

on the other hand Started within 15 hours of my initial request. I have seen him on these forums and on other forums. he is curdious(sp?) and very fast. if its honor you want, talk to him I know he runs oBG and you may be able to work something out. Great alternative to a pay site like 4MMO with a bad reputation.

However this experience has lead me to the purchase of a lavishsoft / innerspace /openbot account and I have donated to both OB and oBG projects because of this experience with 4MMO so for that I will +Rep you 1 point. thats the best you get from me.

I used 4mmo.com,Buy cheap WOW Gold,World of Warcraft Gold,FFXI Gil,Final Fantasy XI Gil,Lineage 2 Adena,Guild Wars Gold,EVE Online ISK And the OP's name implies a relation to said website. If there is a difference in the 'O' and a '0' then it is a simple miscommunication between what was posted and what I read.

However. Since the OP implies a relation to 4mmo, and then states that the website has changed. and the website I just linked can no longer be accessed I will assume for prosperity sake that I am still correct, and your company 4mmo is still the poor service provider that mention in my earlier review.
