Was wondering do you do profs like jewelcrafting and enchanting?

Also whats the risk of being banned by doing this, i'm from UK so seeing so we aint to far from eachother the risk shouldn't be that high.
I have had vinland on my msn for a few years as we used to do server work together and from seeing the testimonials especially from kurious this just increases me to want to hire him.

If I was to ask 55-65 (I think that's the requirement for a profession to get to 450) on 1 character

Jewelcrafting on a level 80 which has 450 mining and a normal flyer.

How much would that cost, what would the time take to do so and also can I be updated every hour?
