The reason he stopped was my fault, the account got suspended due to using a phished game card. For his time wasted (2 or 3 levels I believe) I let him keep 25% of the payment. He says he has to take care of some other stuff first, then he will get the refund done. Lets see what happens.

Two weeks to go from 50-68, I called off the level because the time it was taking wasn't worth the amount nor the effort that was being put into it. He supposedly had IRL issues the night he called it off, said he would figure how much he was going to refund and get back to me. Haven't heard since.

He's not a scammer I would rather say one of those guys that's looking to make some money, buy doesn't have the drive to do it. Sorry for placing a peg on it, but at this point I can't just sit back anymore. If he does have IRL issues, I understand, but a refund is simple.

Same issue he had before with his leveling.

Either he takes on WAY to many jobs at once and attempts to level them all on off days or he took on ALL the jobs, did a lil bit to be able to grab as much money as he could and run with it.
