I am also making phishing pages, for a slightly lower fee (20 bucks).
Prices are negotiable.

The difference is, I can make a phisher for any site, aside from Runescape for this fee, and will even set you up with some decent URL redirection to maybe make the page look more legit.

So, you get:
A phish page set up on hosting
An email template for the page
Instructions on how to use it
Support if you ever have problems
An email set up if needed

For an added 10 dollars, you get a youtube video to help distribute your scam.

Proof I can make them? I get like 20 accounts a day, and game cards alike. Not to mention Myspace accounts, and Facebook accounts. And Rapidshare as well. I am also the creator of the new phisher login, which has recieved much praise.
