There is no compensation if/when the account gets banned. You are being paid to have someone in china farm on your accounts. There is not a question about if it will be banned it is a matter of how long. Hopefully months of income but I can not guarantee that.

This is clearly a risky thing to do as I would guess anyone who has rented before knows well.

Sure, they are giving you for free a glider key, level up your rogue to 70 for free, and only farm on it for 2-5 days. Likewise, we are talking about renting so that means for a part-time you rent them, not for always so you someday use your rogue again. If it was in the sentence of, "I give you a 42 rogue for a glider key" , then it would be a different story. But you were talking bout renting, so yeah, basically it's a bit of ridiculous.
