So is it like theres random shit and levels on your accounts? So if I buy one account it could be lvl 1, or theres a chance its lvl 80?

Palumir doesn't rip you off. When he says it's 70+ it doesn't mean its ALWAYS 70+ it could be 69...I vouch for him : D But remember! There is always a big chance they will get recalled
