Hmm, i had a whole reply typed up about how irrelevant giving out the acct. info is. But now it makes sense. You just want to protect yourself from people saying you scammed them $10 with a non-working code. With the info you can apply it yourself and be sure that it was working and take a SS if necessary to defend against accusations--good plan.
