Hello, I need a EU account to scam on, and I can give a glider key for it.

requirements:
Cant be recalled.
Need to have gametime left.

You go first, then I give the key, its not much at risk for you but it is for me :-)

Not really, you can give the key but you can still log onto the key and in the worst case the key just get locked.

And scammed accounts are impossible to make non re-callable. (is that a word? re-callable)

You would have to transfer it to a new account making it a new legit account & i doubt anyone will trade up a account they got all the keys for + transfer fees for a glider key

So your better off just asking for one without all your requirements
