Hey everybody, I'm looking to buy a character transfer for one of my toons, its not for scamming and its not changing to another account I just want to play on a different server with my pals. I can pay back through paypal, I just dont have a credit card.

Yeah, but you still have to add a credit card to the account.. At least that's what it says for me.
