Both are US accounts. I've had the accounts for a little over a month and a half. I have full info on both accounts and the account is linked to my PERSONAL e-mail, so if you want to transfer off it is an option. Both accounts are ready to be transfered and are ready for name changes. They are BOTH on PVP servers as well. The owners think the accounts are banned and have moved on to other things like AoC and have given up trying to get their accounts back. I have access to both of the owners e-mails and can guarantee 100% no recall if you realm transfer or get a name change.

Yeah really, even if they think there banned theres still that chance. I'd only buy it for that much if they were 100 percent secure. You might be able to fetch like 50-100 though.

Well I've had the accounts for over a month. I have access to BOTH emails of the owners. They have moved on to AoC and have given up trying to get their accounts back. They think if they try to get it back they will get a perma IP ban. I've talked with both of them and neither of them think it's worth the trouble of a possible IP ban.
If you get a name change or transfer the characters then their real life friends won't tell them someone is playing their account when they think it's banned. Then they would recall it by calling blizzard. That is the ONLY screw up you can do with a scammed account.
