1. All Services are done by hand.

2. The person that is leveling/boosting your account is located in various countries around the world, you will be paired with the booster who will have the best connection on your account/region based on booster availability. We can use VPN connections when requested

3. If the account gets suspended/banned during leveling, we will compensate you for any uncompleted portion of service or we can continue once the account is once again able to play. We will determine the value of the remaining services based on our price list as well as the difficulty/length of the remaining portion of the order. Not all portions of an order have the same incremental value.

4. Once a boost has been paid for and begun, there is no way to cancel or refund the order.

5. We have the right to refuse you service for any reason.

6. We are not responsible for any bans or account suspensions, we will not compensate you for any completed boosting, or account value if your account becomes banned or suspended, we will ONLY refund payments for uncompleted portions of a service as detailed in TOS rule 3.

7. There are absolutely no refunds for completed services.
