WTB NA Account with Korean Name (Or other boxed character name)

There were exploits in the past that allowed you to get KR characters in your name on NA, looking to see if any of these are out there and for sale.

Level 30 is a plus but not required.

In client/champ select will show as KR characters but in-game will show boxed ( [?] ). Other boxed character names are cool too but prefer KR. Preferably no English characters in the name.

Prefer unranked/low elo but interested in all offers.
