GameStoreTeam : We have some RP crowded accounts. Those RP were won/bought earlier, so we decided to start such service.

GameStoreTeam : It works via in-game friend gifting system, we add each other using game client, and after 24 hours We are able to gift You after payment.

Client: What do you mean "after 24 hours"?

GameStoreTeam : Riot rule states that friend can send in-game gift only after 24 hours being friends basically, there is no way to bypass that rule.

Client: Which things can be gifted with your service?

GameStoreTeam : All thing that can be purchased via in-game shop. Skins/Champions/Icons/Wards/Rune Pages + Mystery Champion/Skins/Skins 975RP+

Client: I want Championship Riven and Pax Jax, can you gift it?

GameStoreTeam : Due to Riot policy, We can only gift things that are currently available in the in-game shop!

GameStoreTeam : We don't trade RP, we are selling in-game items, only Riot Games sell RP itself.
