In the Market for a Level 30 NA LoL Account

Solance here looking for a second account to play so I'm not bored after queue-dodging. I am willing to make the transcation a couple different ways:
1) Paypal $20-$30 with $30 being my absolute maximum.

or trading...
2) Eve Online account with a year's worth of skill points training.
3) Battle.net account with SC2, Diablo3, and WoW (multiple S1-S3 gladiators. Around 7 level 85 characters and a few level 70 twinks, including one of the s3 gladiators.
4) WarZ (new zombie survival FPS) account.
