I've been playing eve off and on since it was released but recently have gotten bored of the game and figured its time to give my char to someone who will use him. I have been -10 several times but have recently gotten his sec status back up to -0.68 (so he can go anywhere).

He has 3 kill rights on him but they expire within the next 15 days and has a short employment list for the age of the character.
Most of the SP are in pvp oriented skills (some random skills here and there for being able to poke at everything in the game), and a good bit in leadership.
He is also about a month of training from being able to hop into minmatar or gallente carrier or dread and can fly almost all sub-cap ships (including t2). The only exception being marauders and black-ops (although you just need the skillbook and your good to go on those) and amarr BS. Can fly gallente and caldari t3s and t2 fit just about everything on all ships (everything pvp related he can fit t2).
