I offered to trade gil before receiving the money. unverified account doesnt matter, except he cant retract his transaction. sorry mate scam someone else.

How can it get more secure for the buyer then offering to trade gil before payment is received. This person had every intention of trying to retract the payment after the fact. I called him on it. hes throwing a temper tantrum
