Want to know if you have had any success with the recent lol ban wave? I admit I was scripting and have sent in a few tickets prior to me learning of your service. Would like to know what you think. Can provide you with copies of all previous submitted tickets as well as their replies and the original ban email.

I paid for this service after having a 2nd offense of botting. I had put in well over 20 appeals and multiple phonecalls, with blizzard basically saying there was no chance of getting my account back and to give up. It was awkward because I was banned weeks before attending blizzcon. There was a customer service booth at the convention, and I told them I hadn't played in 2 years and that I needed my account unbanned, and the very awesome lady unbanned it for me, and told me to never do it again. Blizzcon is awesome, I highly recommend it.

Bought the premium pack. Was banned 11/5/14 for botting. The ban followed a password reset that I did not initiate. I tried to appeal by myself since that pw reset was weird, but they said it was proactive. Seph has written about 12 tickets for me already, all cancelled except the first one. I guess my chance is not high.

Banned at the start of November, contacted him on the night, always got a quick response, after 5 tickets all getting cancelled got permaban reduced to 72 hours. Great service, would totally recommend.

Hi, I recently bought an account from a friend on the MMO Tera. We have played since day one and shared the account. I recently Sent a support ticket to a GM asking if there was a way I could changed the security questions after I changed the email and password to my own. And he replied saying that it was against they terms and service. The account has 9 lvl 60s on it. All I did was pay my friend IRL some cash so he could buy books for school and he gave me his account.... I got banned permanently for that?

Is this something that could be unbanned?
