To be clear, this is not to discredit Banek192 as a reseller. The sale is legitimate. I am reporting that at this time, this hack is barely functional and it does not appear that Banek192 has any ability to resolve or communicate the issues with the developer.

I have spent nearly the last month trying to get the constant, repeated crashing resolved with Banek. I understand he is a reseller and not the developer. However he has refused to put me in touch with anyone that can help me resolve these issues. I have spent the better part of 12 hours trying everything to stop the crashing, including multiple remote support sessions from Banek. I have exercised extreme patience with the constant troubleshooting and large communication delays.

Once you crash, you have to restart your whole computer, every time. Any attempt to restart the game will result in a Blue Screen of Death.

I have sent 4 other people to try the hack and all experience the same issues with the constant crashing. They too have had remote support with Banek and he was unable to resolve.

I have sent a ton of screenshots to Banek for him to forward onto whoever he talks to about the hack, but I always get the same few answers, "they fixed it", "they updated try now", "they are working on it", etc. I have sent him detailed and timed logs of when I crash, what crash messages I get, multiple videos of the crashing. Nothing gets fixed, nothing changes. I have provided detailed instruction on how to replicate the crash 100% of the time.

Additionally, there has been zero hint of any future compensation, monetary or otherwise.

Rarely you can play for 2-3 games, a majority of the time you can play between 3-12 minutes before the game just closes without an error message or just freezes entirely.
