    Looking for a programmer.

    Hello everyone,

    I'm looking for a programmer to cooperate with, long term. Mostly, we'll do desktop application with a few mobile ones planned for near future. It would be nice to work with a recognized ownedcore member, just to be safe. You won't be asked to engage in any illegal activities, the "worst" you will ever do will be a bot or maybe an exploit.

    I need someone to work with long term, as some of the projects will have a different pay rate. The first few I have lined up will be paid upon delivery, however, there are a few that the developer will get paid once all the sales are done (for instance, 50% of the profit made). The last part is why I need someone who I can trust and who can trust me.

    Features for the developer:

    - You will stay freelance, no office or work hours
    - You will set the delivery date, not me
    - You may or may not, depending on the project, be asked to sign an NDA form
    - As the "pay-after-sales" projects grow, so will the money you earn

    Regardless of the NDA, you will be required to keep all the work we do inhouse. You can take the credit for it after it's completed/sold and you can put it on your portfolio, but what you can not do is turn around and sell it someone else or ditch me completely and do the project yourself.

    Any questions, feel free to ask. My skype is fisherns, same avatar as here.
    Peace!

    Looking for a programmer.

    I think what ermokk meant what what kind of languages do you plan on using? There are a variety of different programming languages and not everyone speaks the same. For example, there's C/C++, C#, Python, HTML, Java, Visual Basic, Ruby, etc etc etc. Depending on the projects you want to do, different languages are easier to work with. Another example, when doing strictly analytical work such as building algorithms python is really good, but when you want to build executables c/c++ and or c# might be better. Java and HTML are better for web use such as embedding something into a web page, and visual basic would be better suited for creating guis.

    When asking for a programmer, knowing what you're asking for is very important.

    @Roger911 Well said

    For anyone interested, would suggest requiring a contract, if you are only being paid if something sells, and possibly a requirement that the project not be given away for free. Otherwise I can see some exploits, being used to avoid paying you.
