[HTML&CSS] iFrame help

I need help with my project, I am building a website which is currently working as it should on Firefox & Chrome, but not on Internet Explorer.

That is the link to the website, if you open it in Firefox and Chrome it should look as I want, but if I open in Internet Explorer, the frames aren't put together and such.
I also attached a download link with all the files I've used to build it. Help is really appreciated, thanks! Everything needs to be controlled by CSS as far as it works too.

If you don't know how to fix this, can you atleast tell me how I can change the iFrames to framesets instead? I'm not familiar with framesets at all : / Thanks.
