    Need help with HTML & CSS, Sublime Text (paying 8$)

    I need someone to do this

    The text just says "Do the following website with html & css. Use (with others) div, float and clear to do the layout of the website correctly. It is needed to adjust the width of the div tags but not the height of them."
    Paying 8$ if the layout is done, no need to do the text inside but the layout for the text to be put in needs to be done as well. I realize that 8$ isn't a lot of money but for someone who is experienced in html & css this shouldn't take too long.

    (No idea if it makes a difference, if tags are different depending on the program but please use sublime text if that's the case)
