Vote System for WoW Private Server Website

Hey there,

I'm currently setting up a WoW server and the website is all done except for a vote system. I have the pop-up box on the main page, and it sends the item selected to the player's mail, but how do you get it to vote, plus only send it if they successfully voted...

I don't think there's a way to only send it if they vote, as far as I know most systems I've seen just send it after I press vote and then I don't have to actually vote on the site.
