Advice On A HTML Website

Not sure if this is the right place for it but here goes.

I am basically wanting to steal or mimic this Cataclysm template.
World of Warcraft: Cataclysm - Media

To host my own wow videos and images as such, kinda like an online diary of my wow time.

Im new to HTML and still learning, How long would it take for me to create an exact replica of that site?

Although your asking how to make a replicate, I've just downloaded all the needed files for you to have a local copy. Edit them to your needs, you could work the videos through a <embed> tag. Just change where it says "Featured Video", bare in mind you would need to edit the artwork yourself:

Filebeam - Beam up that File Scottie!

Obviously its missing things as default images, but you can fix that (This is under artwork btw).

If this kind of thing is not allowed here please tell me.
