[Help] Visual C# doesn't want to install

when i try to install visual C# i get this error

You must install this service pack to complete installation. Visual studio requires that this service back be installed before Visual Studio can be installed.

i installed visual basic studio without this problem. im actually running the program with service pack 2 and it bitches that it need service pack 2. im running it as an administer too. i already tried yelling at it. is there anythng i can do to make this shiz install?
