Looking to pay someone to iframe

I basically need someone to create a page of my website for me. On this page, I would like to be able to enter text and have almost like a full description above, but then at the bottom I just want the "Submit Email Here: ________" portion of a CPA offer. You're basically just taking part of one webpage and making it functional on mine.

I hope you can do this on a wordpress blog. I'm pretty clueless, but I do have a tool that will give you the script with the stuff I want in it, it includes <div><iframe></iframe></div>

It should work in both firefox and IE please.

Zerger, what you need is GodCPA, I have it aswell It doesn't work on FF tho, pretty hard to script this.
