WoL - World of Life
developed by iNcEL-Gaming

Concept:
Just a little bit like Secondlife or Sims this server will be an expansion which should be a virtually reality. A kind of role playing game where land can be bought, where you can place nightclubs, discos, pubs or just your home on it.

The money for buying this land should be get like in real life of a job, which can be learned and skilled. Or even just of the loot of killed mobs. There are millions of possibilities to earn gold in this project. All mobs outside instances won’t drop money, but basic things like leather or something to cook e.g.

It’s your turn to create en existence on a realm and to advance your character further.
Like in real life you can buy land, and build buildings, and you can be a landlord.
Instances can also been bought, which you can rent to other players or just giving the entrance to friends etc.
In those instances you can also get useful things which can be sold.


Ok now fun to the side. The land can be bought over an coordinate system in the webinterface.
In the “maintence” then there will be added houses on the land. The costs can be payed by the player or even the guildbank.
For example there is a castle for the guild. Every guild member is getting a key to this castle to enter it. There he can have drinks or meal for free.


Of course there should be a bank for lending money and with a rate on the capital. There it would be like in real life an “inkasso” company which make sure getting the money back from players and a “schufa” which says if player is able to get a credit.

For example there is a player who often had credits and has not every time the credit paid back. He won’t get any longer credits from the bank. And this can be followed that the house must be sold in the auction house.

So this was just a basic concept of the server we want to create. Now I want you to say what do you think about that?

- LUA Scripter (Addons and Interface skills) ( importent )
- Modelchanger ( importent )
- World designer / Map designer ( one or two maybee )
- GFX - Grafiker (in 2D & 3D) ( importent )
- Web-devs - Coder (PHP 4-5, Ajax, Mysql, Flash) ( Full )
- DB`ler ( einer evtl. zwei noch )
- Music artist ( importent )

Yes i know we will change a lot of things this name is also just a prename we are about to change it in "World of Life" and what we will change on the Server its a smal secret for now

But we are still working on it.

I have some experience in C/CPP I am familiar with file IO and graphics. I also have some experience with writing applications to work with .xml files
