    HTML question

How can I make it so a picture enlarges without out having to open a new page?
Also, when the picture enlarges on the same page, how do I stop it from moving everything on the page down, because last time i tried, when I enlarged the picture it moved all the navigation buttons down.

    HTML question

Epic, and it did help that it doesn't move the navigation links when enlarged, but I have another question.

    Lemme show you by picture::

The left phase of this picture is what it looks like before we add the lightbox.
The middle phase of this picture is what it looks like when we attempt to add it.
The right phase of this picture is what we're trying to make it look like.

((The red is the navigation bars, the blue is lightbox picture before its enlarged))

Any help? Basically we don't want the picture to move the navigation links AND we want the picture to be out to the right of the navigational bars.

Also we're going to use more than 1 picture. We want to use more pictures, and each one able to move to another part of the page.

    P.S.

Since I can't delete my own post, I had to double post. On the post prior to this one we needed it so the picture itself doesn't move the navi bars. We did that by using FRAMES. But now when we use the navigation links it opens the page... in the navigation bar... ><! It won't reload the right side of the page. It changes the navi bars. Help?

    Basicly our problem is:

    NAVI BAR|REST OF PAGE
    NAVI BAR|REST OF PAGE
    NAVI BAR|REST OF PAGE
    NAVI BAR|REST OF PAGE
    NAVI BAR|REST OF PAGE

WHEN you click the navi bars it does this:

    NEW PAGE|REST OF PAGE
    NEW PAGE|REST OF PAGE
    NEW PAGE|REST OF PAGE
    etc...

Did you think about just making the rollover images, so when they put the mouse over them it appears larger.. like the ads at the bottom of msn messenger do. It is not a new window as such, and it will go back to normal size when you take your mouse off the picture.

Here is the link to a guide on what they can do if you are unsure:
It does involve some javascripting, but you can copy and paste from the site in the link if you are not comfortable with it.

HTML Code Tutorial, Javascript Rollover images.
