What Tools and Libarys do you use for GUI programming?

Well, I learned some cpp over the last few months and also wrote some little wow hacks, yet all my hacks were console aplications, because I didn't know what libary I should use to create a gui or if there are any good wysiwyg c++ Gui Editors.

Now I'd just want to know what you use to create your Gui and how are you doing with it, and of course what IDE you are working with.

I'm currently using Bloodshed DEV-cpp, it's a quite good cpp IDE.
    I hacked 127.0.0.1

I use both Code::Blocks and Eclipse, they are amazing IDE's and the are also cross-platform. They use the GTK+ libraries for GUI programming.

I'd say the tool depends on the job. Most windowing systems are going to be cross platform, and are going to provide wrappers to all of the primitives like threads, panels, windows, etc. If you don't mind being stuck with Windows, go for .Net - I've never used it, but I hear it's pretty good. I personally use wxWidgets - it's sort of like Qt, but without the signal/slot mechanism, and also completely free of any licensing constraints. (If you write an app in Qt, you'll have to buy a license or release the source under GPLv2 as a minimum.)

For IDE's, I switch around between Geany, Notepad++, and MSVS2005. Actually I lied as I do most of my compiling in MSVS or in the console; but Geany and Notepad++ are really nice editors.

I use visual studio 2008 for all my c# / c++ stuff. Makes life so much easier to do GUI stuff and events associated with GUI stuff.

Drag a button onto a form, double click it and code its action. Simple

IDE: Visual Studio 2008 Team System - Team Suite Edition
GUIs: Most of my stuff is done via injection so I'll use either CEGUI (hooking the games DX engine), or hijack one of the games features such as LUA (which is what I'm currently doing for WoW).
