    [Request] Steam checker

    Hi everyone! I know this isn't a MMO-thingy, but I hope its ok.

I'd like to request a steamchecker.

I know it's a bit harder to create one now, since steam start using captcha on their site. So to create a working checker it must use steam.dll.

Can anyone try to make a steamschecker? Thanks in advance!

    Download steam.dll here!

Upload the steam.dll so someone can try and get to work on it.

    That sounds great!

If you get on with it, I have heard some rumours that steam block your IP after 50 attempts, so I think a proxy rotation could have been needed

I broke down the dll, and there's only a handful of useful functions exported by the dll. (On is GetAccountStatus, which I can't break down to see what types of params it takes)

Writing a program to do what you want should be trivial either way though.

    Is this helping?

Steam API tutorial: general pastebin - Steam.dll Documentation - post number 734237

    steam.c: general pastebin - Untitled - post number 758219
    steamlib.h: general pastebin - Unnamed - post number 758220

Either way, I understand if it's too advanced.

Coffen, trivial means easy Apoc is a master at programming, he'll be fine if he chooses to write it. I think he's a bit busy with OB.NET atm though.
