Acount Creation in php

High I was looking around the other day on google and came across a page that had a script to create a new user. On the same page it had a way to show what users were logged in at the time and where they were logged in at. I ws wondering if anybody knew the name of it becuase i have not been able to find it for a second time.

This type of script is typically very easy. I can write one up for you, not free though.

its actually a lot more than a simple account manager. on the same page you can do 2 things.

1. show who is online in your server. allthough it may not always work the bset, but its a very cool idea.

2. you can create an acount on someones server. the idea is very easliy done. i mainly wanted to see how it showed who was online and and what databases hold that info.
