PolyLoader on Overwatch hacks

I remember there was a specific program made for CS:GO hacks, it's called PolyLoader. LINK

Now I am wondering, they say all the program does is "open hack files, randomises the source code and compile it."
This changes the signature of the program.

Would this mean you can additionally make an overwatch hack even safer using this? I recall using a public CS:GO hack while every launch running this + VMProtect on it for weeks after it was detected and still am not banned.

you need first hook the game create enemey offest etc then try polyloader but no one can hook the game only koreans because they know ASM and hooking techniques

But if it's a simple program which randomises the sourcecode and makes an unique signature, why'd I need to hook the game?
