Seems all the major sites which make aimbot will not be making it for Overwatch as they are afraid of lawsuits. That's what at least their administrators wrote.

There are definitely aimbots floating around, I've seen them a few times in games. But I couldn't tell you where they would be located at

I made a simple AutoIt Triggerbot, is uses pixel searching. You'll still have to aim, it will shoot for you when you're on target. PM me for the code...
