Hey, this guide is from Reddit and it works. Just tried it couple of hours ago.
Close you battlenet first then go to your bnet locatoin.
Mine is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Battle.net
There you'll see two folders, one called "Battle.net.6233" and the other called "battle.net.6293"
Rename the "battle.net.6293" to something different like "__battle.net.6293"
Go into the "Battle.net.6233" folder, shift rightclick somewhere in the white space (not on any icon) and select to open Command prompt there. ctrl+v this line: battle.net.exe --game=prometheus --install and press enter. Then just start Bnet and voila.
Edit: If you dont have option to "Open command prompt here" just open CMD and type "cd battle.net.6233 folder path here" When you are in the correct folder with CMD, type "battle.net.exe --game=prometheus --install".

unpack, reverse engineer, pre-load in case you have slow internet until you do get invited in the future... many reasons.

I have version 6119 and this works for installing the Overwatch files, just make sure that all future Battle.net versions are renamed or deleted when launching from it.
Battle.net.6119:

You have to do the following that Miksu posted previously:

Obviously replace 6233 with 6119.

Make sure to delete any other battle.net version folders, so only the 6119 is there. Then do the cmd command after opening it (shift+right click -- open cmd here) and enter the command, should work. Worked for me.
