+24% "Permanent" Sorc Buff

1. Buy an amulet with +3 Conjuration Mastery (it works also without, but with more ranks you get a bigger buff)

1a. Buy a helmet with +3 Ice Blades (it works without, but with more ranks you get a bigger buff)

1b. Put on everything

2. If you have a lot of CDR, take off your items with CDR, otherwise you won't get the +4 buff.

3. Your skill bar should look like: Teleport, Ice Armor, Flame Shield, Frost Nova, Unstable Currents, Ice Blade.

4. Use the "Ice Blades" enchantment

5. Maximize the "Ice Blade" and "Conjuration Mastery" skill points.

6. Hit all your skills in a very fast order and change the "Ice Blade" enchantment IMMEDIATELY afterwards. You have to be fast.

7. Create your usual build and put on your "normal" gear again.

8. Now you have a permanent +4 (24%) buff.

9. When you die or change location the buff disappears.
