Reset cellars for fast solo loot/exp

First, you open a nightmare sigil, zone into the nightmare dungeon, and kill one monster. Then you teleport to town and go to any cellar on the map. As long as the nightmare dungeon stays open, you can teleport to town or use the exit to zone out of the cellar, and when you teleport back in from town or zone back in from the entrance, the cellar will be instantly reset and you can clear it again. So far the best cellars I have found are Savina Hideout right outside the south exit of Kyovashad, and Disturbed Arachnid Tunnels just south of Cerrigar.

If you find any excellent cellars for this, please share them here! Also, I would assume this would work to reset QUEST dungeons/cellars for any quests you have not yet completed. This is notable because quest dungeons do not have the slightly nerfed loot of cellars, so if anyone finds a great quest with good density near the start of the dungeon, please share that too!

EDIT:
It is also worth mentioning that you can chain or combine this method with the Obol farm that was previously posted. Many people are running into a dungeon to reset events outside to farm Obols, and that method sometimes now requires multiple resets to get an event. Instead of just running into a dungeon and doing nothing, you can also find events that have a cellar right beside them. You can farm the cellar, zone out to check for event, zone in and clear again, and now all that downtime between resets can be used to quick clear cellars. There are two locations you can test this method at from the Imperial Library waypoint, as both the City Armory and The Deserted Textile Shop cellars have events right outside of them.

MULTIPLAYER NOTES:
This method phases you, so you cannot do the cellars in a group. You can all sit in a group and do them at the same time, but when you zone into the cellar you will each be in your own instance. If you decide to combine the cellar farm with the Obol event method, if you are in a group each of you can start/scout the event outside while the rest of the group finishes the cellars, so the events will complete faster and almost no event uptime is lost by adding the cellar clearing.

LOCATION UPDATES:
The Dusty Mineshaft, North of Ruins of Qara-Yisu. Has a cellar entrance INSIDE an event spawn, one of the events is blood pillars, and one of the events is to kill a mass to summon an elite. This is a great place to combine cellar/obol farm, and if you can find an instance where ONLY the boss kill event spawns (not the blood pillars), the event is incredibly fast.

is this even worth it then? by simply farmin dungeons you can get to 100k-200k/min. Thats way more than 4.2m/hr

You can use this method to target farm whatever content you need. If you are interested in maximizing your xp/hour cellars are probably not the way to go unless you are using this method to fish for events for infinite spawn glitches, but most of these cap out at around 10-12m / hour. This method can also be used to reset dungeons, quest dungeons, and even nightmare dungeons without consuming the sigil. If you are soloing, resetting the bear tribe refuge quest dungeon is a great farm spot. If you are looking for loot AND exp, resetting iron hold before finishing the objective after the final big packs is a great way to use it. Dataminers have already determined that the NM dungeon version of this bug will be patched in the next big update because all nightmare dungeons will be individually instanced. No confirmation yet on whether the normal version of the bug will be patched. Many people are currently using this method to craft a magic find sigil of blind burrows with favorable affixes and farming it on repeat with a reset before killing the boss, if you don't care about the loss of the glyph exp.
