Unable to retrieve latest version info for TurboHUD. Please disable proxy

I install new version TurboHUD 20.11.11.1 (v9.2) STABLE for Diablo III 2.6.10.71254 (64 bit) and give "Unable to retrieve latest version info for TurboHUD. Please disable proxy"
With version 20.6.26.0 (v9.1) STABLE work fine.
I never use proxy in Winsows 10, in Settings - Network & Internet - Network and Internet Settings - Proxy all 3 options Off

Help me pls.

I solved the problem, half a day! Maybe this will help someone too.
The problem turned out to be in NOD32 Internet Security, in some way it affects the proxy, although nowhere in the program settings, or in the Windows settings, nothing indicated this.
The folder with TurboHUD was in exceptions (always and before). Temporarily disabled NOD32 protection in the program settings - it did not help.
I specially installed a virtual machine with clean Win10 and Diablo3 - everything worked fine there.
And then I decided to try to completely uninstall NOD32 on the main computer, after that everything worked.
