How do I disable the translucent ring around my character as it moves? [SOLVED]

I just noticed the translucent ring around my character while I move. I've spent almost an hour trying to figure out which plugin is causing this to absolutely no avail. I can't get a screenshot of it, as it's not displayed in a screenshot. I wish I hadn't noticed it because now it's extremely annoying, and I have no idea what it represents.

Which plugin displays the translucent ring around your character as you move?

Edit: Something isn't labelled correctly as I've disabled every Player and Actor plugin and it still displays. Most plugins are setup in such a way that it's very easy to find what's causing the UI to do things I don't like, but this one is buried somewhere, and it's very very frustrating tracking it down.

Solved, disable plugins/Default/Items/PickupRangePlugin.cs. Pretty esoteric for something literally on your screen 100% of the time while playing, highly unnecessary. I might make a UI for enabling/disabling plugins...
