Exception causing HUD to not draw overlays, can still see map outlines but no mobs

I can load the HUD and parts of it load, but I think some plugins aren't working. I can see the dark outline of the future map sections, the xp stuff at the top of the screen works. No overlays over the items, inventory stuff (crafting mat overlay doesn't show up), and no minions show on the map (colored dots etc).

Also, this was done off a new install (deleted old folder, unzipped latest zip I downloaded into the new folder, ran as admin).

    Here is my exceptions file:

I guess you should stop using your desktop for stuff...
    - make a clean install into a folder like c:\HUD
    - start HUD
    - in case of error, port here your logs folder
Do not send me private messages unless it is absolutely necessary or the content is sensitive or when I ask you to do that...

Here's the exception with the folder moved and in a new location, with the newest patch released. For what it's worth, I was using THUD in the other configuration for years with no problems until the last recent set of patches these past few weeks.

I'm not sure why it says that file can't be found though since it's clearly gibberish with the long list of numbers? Not really sure what else to try, I know my .net framework and such are up to date, and I was using THUD just fine up until 6 weeks ago (stopped playing in the season after that).
