As far as I know Zippyshare has blocked UK ip's, it is not a block at the DNS level in UK. One possible solution is to use a VPN. There are VPNs that give X MB of free access, I have used it some time:

It has a program for windows and the vpn is activated or deactivated with a simple button.

Getting Zippyshare to work was a nightmare for me, kept opening a popup link so many times I actually had to google how to download from the site to make sure I was clicking the right download button, I was, and after about 5 attempts it finally worked

It does not seem like a good option. It should be packed in 2 files, not even using the format rar the current version is less than 50mb

The zippyshare link doesn't even work for me at all. VPN or not. Just keeps saying it can't be found
