    Text to Speech Dune Dervish or Sand Dweller

    Anyone know of a plugin that is text to speech when a dune dervish or sand dweller is within 50 yards or so? This would drastically help the Impale DH and group. I know there is a plug in that puts a star on the minimap, but with my bad eyes a sound would be even better. Can anyone make this plugin if it doesnt already exist?
