Highlited Primals?

hi there , is there a chance make primals more visible when drop ? change color or some like that. ive taken a look in the default /Items, but dnt know where exactly i can change these color to RED. would be nice some 1 can help.

hi there User5981 , tryed that plugin but causes Diablo shutdown every 2-3 games.
ok. i reinstall hud and alll my plugins , now seems to be fine .
