Odd, no exceptions here.
@mxer:
Did you perform a clean install? A clean install means deleting all folders and files of the previous version, permanently. Do not delete the named folder (ie., mxers fixers), whatever you named it, itself. Delete everything inside your named folder and then dl latest version as .zip and unzip the files back into the empty named folder. If you delete the named folder, your AV will ping you for not putting it back in the exceptions list! Ex.:
In N360, navigate to AV, click on Scans and Risks, scroll down to Exclusions/Low Risks, in configuring both Scans and Auto-Protect, SONAR and DID put in C:\mxers fixers.

The post you're quoting is prior to the version where you fixed the no-cooldown exception spam (that was reported in the other thread on Support).
I know because I took part in that conversation and remember when it happened

Every time I gain a new level the hud disables itself. It happened with older versions too but just for a couple of seconds. Now gaining a new lvl completely disables the hud and I need to run the hud.exe file each time I return to the town. Any solution ?

This was fixed a couple of versions ago. Which version are you using?

Hmmm, I am now not even getting the capture to WORK. I did a bare clean install and ran a newbie toon, leveled about 5 levels, never saw the overlay go away. So, I looked, no folder for capture was even created.
Looks like it's not working at ALL, now.

You need to be at least a Paragon Level 1 to test it. Capture was not designed to work in the 1-70 leveling process. Paragon capture is also in the original config.xml file. There might be a conflict, but it will be a bit b4 I can test this. Leveling a HC char right now and just hit 37.

Ah, OK, that's what's happening. I AM getting it for paragon levels. I made a new toon and it wasn't doing anything there. -whew-
