Case 1-3 are for sure GR closes, Alcarnus, Southern Highland and Cow Level are common spots for pools. People usually take at least one pool in those areas, then TP back to town and close the rift.

Somebody got 150 437 500 experience IN TOWN for minutes, once in ever ~7-10 seconds (Hidden Camp, The Survivors' Enclave, Bastion's Keep Stronghold). He didn't even moved out from town.

you also get that if you join a game with all finished bountyacts and only come for closeing them therefore getting the bounty caches.
eather you have good friends that invite you to a finished game or that player joined multible bot games and turned in the bounty caches this way
