Cm Wizard Build 2.0.4 - CDR & PermaCC

I have close to 400 hrs hours total on both my wiz (call me a nolifer or whatever, idc) which I made since ROS release. I have all the wands, except the wand of woh, so I must say this build is very gear dependent.

Hevy gear dependant is the Wiz Light build requiring Mykens, Wyrdward, Dovu energy tap and the x2 Electtrocute wiz hat.

I have all those items you mentioned, not a problem.
