it may be true that this guys can pull out around 9-10 m per 7 minutes but it totally doesn't mean 80m exp/h . First, how long really you can play with that kind of speed? you can play several hours long but not like 10h+ with that ways. I know some people can play like that all day long but they are just minority number. Second, those video is like the perfect run. During some run , you will face with death, stupid affix, lag, legendary drop,... There are a ton of side effect that may happen and slow you down.

I play monk myself; I know that monk with tempest rush is one of the fastest way to run but you scarify a lots in order to make that build work or you have to have a ton of gold for really good items ( you need 12+ spirit regen according to video is huge) . In the end, it's not that easy and efficient, average people can't do that or don't have gear to do that.
