What to look for to make money on the AH

You can post examples and I will try to update as well, but a few of my favorites.

Almost anything with int or dex listed at normal prices.

Examples:

High magic find gear or gold find gear that people have listed at normal prices for those stats, that also have high dex or int stats. Sometimes you can pick up an item for a few hundred thousand that can sell for several million simply because people don't know how to price it.

The same can be said for legendary items. Lacuni Prowlers, andariel's visage, and so many more will be listed for around the lowest selling price of the item because people don't realize that the price for int or dex ones are different. This can also be said for magic find gear. A lot of people don't like to swap +mf, so the gear they want is more expensive because it has good stats +mf, and a lot of times people price based on the stats, but ignore magic find which can make the gear several times more valuable.

i have done quite lot of flips on monk gear, lots of people don't know that monks stacks all res and one of single resists at same item. just seatch for pieces of armor with +dex +vit +all res +any res
You can also make shitload of money by flipping 1h wearpons with LoH. Peaple do not misprice it too often but when you find a deal it most likely will bring you 10mill++++

For Barbarians: Gear with Str+Vit+AllRes and high +Armor. Most People post this gear simply undercutting lowest comparable stats, not looking on Armor, while Barbarians like to stack high amounts of Armor, and so while Gear 100/100 Str/Vit with 30 Allres may be cheap, at the same time same gear with +200-300 Armor will go for 1kk easily

I'm not using AH bot, doing by hand, but not specially sniping - as Barbarian I look for gear like mentioned above anyways, and this little extra 0.5sec to look for specific item won't hurt

@hcuk yes, 1d12h or 1d11h, if time is lower prolly not worth it

And about beating AH bots: If you're like me and prefer to play in late night hours you don't have to buyout, just look at timers for auctions without B/O that ends in late night. Item that sells for 12kk in Friday Evening, can be ofter easily purchased via bidding for 4-6kk mid-week around 3-4AM

I bought today an weapon for 5 million and sold it for 14 euros (my first RMAH sell )
Gotta love a bot that makes in less then 3 hours a million so i can earn 10 million a day and around 25 euro a day by doing actually nothing :P
