Very fast SOLO leveling - Whimsyshire (the new secret level)

This is just Bullshit. ;D I've just tested it with my 52ish Barb and it's not nearly as fast as leveling through normal progression, simply due to the mobs hp/damage in Whimsyshire. And dont talk about a "good enough weapon" to deal with them while they're stunned. I've tested this with around 23k HP and a 1,1k DPS 2h (lvl req reduced by 12 levels) with 600life each hit. It's no problem to deal with the mobs, but elites/champions simply WILL hit you, you CAN'T kill them while they're stunned (show me how you nuke a pack in 1 stun with your pro awesome uber weapon you must have there). This method isn't just as good as you're making it sound like, that's all. Don't know why you can't get over it. It's okayish if you don't want to progress all over again, but in my opinion it's not the fastest ways to level..

But okay, I think I just have to find a better weapon to deal with the mobs, maybe my ~20k Damage aren't enough with level 52. :/

If you can't do it by yourself, then look for another way, maybe you should go farm Belial instead because clearly you are not good enough to kill a few unicorns.

Post a video of you killing NM unicorns at 25. or 30. Ill +rep you a million and give you a magic carpet or something... I had some of the best gear that was possible to buy for a monk and a barb.. And its not a "skill" thing its more of a gear based disadvantage..

I will see how it goes when I hit 25 on the monk, busy on the main atm. On the barb 25 was hard but doable cuz I was being cheap on gear, 30 was easy.

Im not doubting you did it, but once i see video proof i will definitely +rep ya on this. Would be a awesome way to level because the exp is pretty awesome at 25 in nm whimeyshire when a higher level ran me.

I admit that there was a lot of things that wasn't obvious for me when it came to monks until after I actualy played around with a lot of stuff at 60.

The value of life per hit alone almost makes the monk a tank/DPS powerhouse so with two gems like that in weaps at that level, wow!

One thing though, it really isn't worth it to go crazy and pester yourself with this at lvl 15 when you can, with no gear at all do the leorics manor spam to lvl 19 or so, getting a level up every 5 to 8 min. Thus saving you money for potentially better gear around the levels 18-20.

Same can be done in nightmare at leorics manor getting levels pretty much every 5 min or so by going there early at nightmare, being act1 mobs are obviously easier than whimsyshire, so for the people struggling mixing this guide with doing leorics manor really can be some speedy leveling at less of a cost than doing whimsyshire only.
