Yeah probably if you dont go searching for the Development Hell, it took me like an hour to find it when i was looking.

Took me 20 minutes to find it on Nightmare, back in 2012. I just kept remaking the game if it wasn't there.

Not that super rare, though.

Yea i noticed that on my run. Thought Jay was the only one, but i ran into Josh also. Any idea on if either of them drop anything special?

Yea, D2 was awesome, they need to allow us to use more skills at once already. If you got the collectors edition for Reaper of Souls, you can see in the artwork that they have ideas for opening up more skill slots. Like, have 8 skills usable at once instead of 6.

Because the console limitations most likely.
Like the 4 player limit. Back in the PC beta it was very common to have a 5th join a game and it would still give the message about the minions of hell grow stronger, and show all the portraits fine.

5 Classes and bastards couldnt let all 5 in at once, let alone 8 in d2.
