you get more legs per hour if you clear kill boss reopen. you have chances to get legs up to boss, then on boss, then while portal is closen you can use your blood shards to try get a specific leg.

Can someone please explain to me why people prefere to clear the rift even though boss is all done. Instead of close and reopen new one and go go for new boss?

    Thanks alot in advance,

I do not like this practice either. Some do this because they believe that there may be gob packs that spawn(yes) after killing rift boss in the remaining level. Some feel they are maximising keystone use by clearing fully. Those are two most heard reasons I've heard upon Inquiring.

I personally like to clear to Rift boss spawn - Kill - Complete quest - Rinse & Repeat.

In my case, i prefer to fully clear since im lazy to farm keys, but as said before IF mob density is awful, then i skip clearing.

    Pros for not full clearing:
    Faster Shards

    Pros for full clearing:
    Don't miss goblin groups
    Use less rift keys

I rarely find rift goes a floor or two past the spawning of the rift boss. I kill a few more elites and champions and often get at least one more legendary drop. I still have 600 keys saved up form trying to get my RORG but I was up to over a thousand at one point so I started doing full runs to make them last longer because I am grumpy with bounties right now. With the recent increase in drop rate I believe full runs are worth the small amount of time it takes to do them over having to do bounty runs.
